Farm Business Start Up Course

This course will introduce you to the basics of starting a farm or food business from thinking about your customers and how to market them to understanding business financial statements. The course includes a field trip to a local vegetable farm to see the tools of the trade in person. This course is practical and will give you the opportunity to think through your own business idea.
